Location: Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas

Role Description

Our ideal Registered Nurse (RN) candidate will provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for clients receiving in-home services. The RN will develop individualized care plans, perform assessments, and ensure high standards of clinical excellence and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Provide skilled nursing care and supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and HHAs

• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, clients, and family members

• Document all care accurately and promptly

• Educate clients and caregivers on disease management and home care procedures

• Ensure compliance with agency policies and state guidelines

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of North Carolina

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (home health or hospice experience preferred)

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and time-management abilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Education and Certification

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Must hold an active North Carolina RN license in good standing

• CPR certification required

• Medical screenings such as TB test, Hepatitis vaccination, Flu shot, and COVID-19 vaccine are not required
