Type: Full-time or Part-time, Contract (1099)

Location: Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas

Role Description

Our ideal LPN candidate will provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to clients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN will ensure each client receives appropriate care according to their plan of care and in compliance with state and agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatments as prescribed by the physician

• Monitor and document client health status and progress

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Report any changes in condition promptly

• Ensure compliance with all home care and state nursing regulations

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of North Carolina

• Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience (home health or geriatric experience preferred)

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Education and Certification

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

• Must hold an active North Carolina LPN license in good standing

• BLS certification required 

• Must have the following screenings: TB test, Hepatitis vaccination, Flu shot
