Gracefield Home Care, LLC is a start-up home care agency preparing to provide high-quality, compassionate care services to seniors in the following counties in the state of Florida (Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hendry, Lee, Sarasota). Job Title: Home Health Administrator

Type: Full-time, Contract (1099) only

Location: Sarasota, FL

Role Description

The Home Health Administrator will oversee the overall operations of Gracefield Home Care, including staffing, compliance, clinical oversight, and business development. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare leader passionate about building a high-quality, client-centered home care organization from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the agency

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal home care regulations

  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives

  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and quality outcomes

  • Collaborate with marketing and nursing teams to drive growth and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health or healthcare management

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and compliance management skills

  • Knowledge of Florida home care licensing and regulations

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Must have experience using Alora

Education and Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, or a related field required

  • Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred but not required
