Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals in need of assistance by delivering dependable, client-centered care in the comfort of their own homes.

Title: Home Care Marketing Specialist

Type: Contract (1099)  - 20 - 40hr weekly

Location: Charlotte, NC (field/remote flexibility within North Carolina)

Role Description:

As our Home Care Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in helping Gracefield Home Care establish its presence and reputation in the community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and enjoys building marketing strategies from the ground up.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans to promote Gracefield’s upcoming home care services

  • Building partnerships with referral sources (senior centers, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations)

  • Managing social media presence and online brand development

  • Creating marketing materials (flyers, presentations, digital ads, etc.)

  • Organizing and attending community outreach events

  • Researching and analyzing local market trends to inform marketing strategies

  • Helping shape Gracefield’s brand identity and marketing voice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or 5–7 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and equivalent experience

  • Experience working with home care agencies or healthcare providers is a must

  • Must have experience in Home Care, Elder Care, or Healthcare Marketing

  • Must have experience with social media management, digital marketing, and content creation

  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies

  • Experience with social media management, digital marketing, and content creation

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills

  • Creative thinker who can work independently in a start-up environment
